What we do not sell
No calls to join the military or take part in combat operations.
No glorification, political slogans or theatrical tactics.
Private groups only. Request first, offer second.
Procedure first. Speed comes with repetition.
Manifesto
The program is built from practice in real conditions, but adapted for civilian participants. Focus: practicality, control, repetition and skills that can be applied in civilian life and help you prepare for the worst.
Participants do not need complex combat scenarios. They need simple, repeatable actions that remain clear under stress.
Information, action, repetition, familiarity with a new reality.

Included
Included · Context brief.
Current civilian risks, including drones: how to think calmly, assess the situation and avoid panic.
Controlled sites
For a European group, the key issue is predictability and risk management.
Rivne, Western Ukraine. Exact addresses are not published — locations are shared with confirmed groups after the program is agreed.
1514 can organize transfers, accommodation, meals, a shooting range, medical training site, gym and local support.
There is no such thing as “100% safe.” Risks are not minimized — they are managed through control, rules and discipline. Before each block there is a briefing. During the activities there is live instructor supervision. The pace is adapted to the group.
What we do not promise — absolute safety. We manage risk through control, rules and discipline.

Instructors
Trust is built not on bravado, but on procedure, discipline and the ability to teach a beginner and find common ground.
Our instructors come from the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) and have been involved in Ukraine’s defence since 2014. They bring real operational experience from some of the most demanding and high-risk environments of this war. This experience was not built in classrooms alone. It was shaped in real operations, under pressure, where preparation, discipline and decisions have real consequences. Today, that experience is adapted into structured civilian training — clear procedures, practical skills and controlled repetition.
You are not learning from people who only studied the theory. You are learning from people who had to rely on it for real.
Be prepared, not afraid.
