Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

This Website (1514 civilian resilience training pages) pays particular attention to protecting the privacy of people who contact us. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect processed data, limit access to what is necessary, and process data in line with applicable law, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through this Website is 1514 (civilian resilience training, Rivne, Western Ukraine). For privacy requests related to this Website, use the phone number you left in your inquiry, or the contact details published on this site when available.

3. What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect your name, country and phone number, and store that inquiry in our database. Technical data such as IP address may be processed for security, abuse prevention and basic server administration. A short-lived hash of the IP address may be kept to limit repeated submissions and is deleted automatically. The IP address itself is not stored with the inquiry.

4. Why we process data

We process inquiry data to review your request, prepare a tailored offer, communicate with you about dates and logistics, and keep records needed to respond to follow-up questions. Processing is based on steps prior to entering into a contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to group inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(f)). Providing the requested fields is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to prepare an offer.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry records are stored with our database host, and a notification of each inquiry is sent through a messaging service. Those processors act under appropriate safeguards. Data may also be shared with authorities when required by law.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, and thereafter for a limited period if required for legitimate business or legal reasons, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details available on this Website.

8. Cookies

The Website uses only strictly necessary cookies. 1514_locale is stored for one year after you choose a language. 1514_notice is stored for one year after you close the cookie notice. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reject automated submissions; that check may set a cookie. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; blocking the language cookie means the site will not remember your language choice.
